"Training for a marathon takes hard work, discipline, dedication, and commitment. I have been running marathons for the past 10 years, and I finally realized my dream of qualifying for the Boston marathon, which I will be running in 2018. But qualifying for Boston wasn’t easy, and I must give credit to coach Mike Cole. Coach Mike developed a training program that fit my running goals. His training plan worked for me to qualify for Boston, and to run the Athens Marathon in Greece helping me improve my time, strength, and overall physical condition. I highly recommend Coach Mike. - Mauricio Angee - Miami, FL."
